Facility Rules
Adult supervision required for children under the age of 12.
Maximum of 4 users in the facility.
Alcohol, smoking or vaping on the premises is prohibited.
No excessively loud music. There is pilates and personal training going on next door.

How do I get in?
Once you reserve online, you will receive a confirmation email containing a link to “OPEN DOOR”. The link will be active for 5 minutes prior, during, and 5 minutes following your reservation time. When you arrive at the facility, click the link in your email. Your phone is now transmitting a signal. Walk up to the door and swipe your hand at the black wave reader located beside the door.
Where are the washrooms?
Indoor washrooms are available at Active Life from Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. Exit the simulator and turn right. Enter through the main entrance of Active Life. The washroom is located straight ahead.
Outdoor washrooms are available 24/7 beside the entrance to the pickleball court. Exit the simulator and turn left. Turn left one more time, and you will see the washroom straight ahead.

Do I need my own equipment?
There is multisport equipment available in youth sizes. There are also a limited number of golf clubs available but it is recommended you bring your own equipment if you have it.
