Meet The Coach Behind Apex Play

Coach Mike graduated from the University of Guelph-Humber with his BASc. in Kinesiology. He is a certified personal trainer at Active Life Conditioning in Collingwood, focusing on youth athlete development and golf performance for all ages. Mike has taken his passion for a sport and turned it into his career by opening this state-of-the-art indoor golf training facility at the same location as the gym he works at. Mike has also completed his level 1 with the Titleist Performance Institute to gain the knowledge required to better understand how an individual’s movement restrictions will impact their golf swing. Coach Mike now offers a full range of training services using science backed protocols from TPI and Golf Forever Swing Trainer systems while collaborating with local class “A” teaching professionals to provide a unique and complete training experience.

Have the place all to yourself....the owner I assume helped us get set up which was a great help....seating is a little awkward to see your friends shots....but all and all I would recommend this place for the price which was cheaper than of the other places in Collingwood!! The owner is so great and super accommodating.  Entry to the facility is super easy and efficient.  I’ve never been a huge fan of simulator golf but Apex makes me want to play every week.
